There are currently eight Advisory Leaflets available online. We will be adding more as they become available. Design Check Procedure The Design Check Procedure is intended to promote full awareness and comprehensive application of the London Cycling Design Standards. This will lead to high quality schemes of a consistent standard being implemented throughout London. Baseline Forms and Bimonthly Returns The Baseline Form displays all the schemes for any given year that have been allocated with funding. It is issued by TfL Borough Partnerships to boroughs for each Borough Spending Plan (BSP) initiative.
Variations A Variation is required to request changes to any scheme within the borough programme.
Invoice Claims Statements Process Invoice Claims Statements are submitted to TfL by the borough on expenditure made in relation to each scheme.
Monthly Monitoring Forms The Monthly Monitoring Form is utilised by LCN+ to report to CCE and Borough Partnerships on scheme progress financial progress and current procedural developments.
Cycle Route Implementation and Stakeholders Plan (CRISP) A CRISP is an enhanced feasibility study that supports scheme planning programming design and implementation of improvements for cyclists along a link.
