I am moving out to near the Royal Arsenal (just past Greenwich), and thinking about doing a long cycle ride on some mornings towards soho (via westminster and/or charing X)
Problem is, I haven't cycled on roads this busy for a very long time, and after taking a quick look at the map, it looks like theres a cycle route taking me past the dome and bermondsey, and then onto charing X etc.

Has anyone cycled this way before and could advise me as to how long they would think it would take roughly (I'm not that fit bear in mind)and whether you think this would be a dangerous route or not for cars etc

Thanks

Ben
